Do you want to make a difference?
Every Thursday and Friday, Pioneer Hall’s doors open at 3 p.m. and meals are served at 4 p.m. Then, on every Sunday morning, there is a breakfast from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Eggs, potatoes, pancakes and other breakfast favorites are served.
Who gets helped?
Those in the area who are houseless and a warm place serving a good meal benefit. There are also individuals, facing food insecurity and the peace meals fill that need. Somedays, more than 40 people show up and other days, about 20 or so people go to Ashland’s Pioneer Hall, located at 73 Winburn Way. Whatever you can do to help, well, yes, it makes a big difference in another person’s life.
Donations and volunteers are greatly appreciated. Those wanting to help can call 541.841.8341 for more information.
